Roloff Construction has been in business since 1999 and still has the same values that we started with: honesty, quality workmanship, attention to detail and complete customer satisfaction. With more than 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Michael Roloff serves as our technical expert and oversees all on-site production. Nathalie Pillsbury joined as a partner in 2006, putting her engineering degree and passion for design to work managing our estimating, design and marketing. Together we bring quality construction and a creative vision to your project.

- Crafting a great experience. We take the headache out of remodeling by building a schedule and sticking to it. We coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers so you don't have to. We're your single source, the only point of contact you need.
- Crafting quality. We take pride not only in the work we do, but in the work our subcontractors do. We focus on precision and high standards, making sure that every detail is one we'd love to have in our own home.
- Crafting great relationships. Nearly all of our projects come to us as referrals from satisfied clients, proof of the trusting relationships we build. We also maintain long-term relationships with our subcontractors, so you can be sure they aspire to the same high standards we do.
- Crafting a clear vision. We listen to your needs and concerns and keep you up to date on every aspect of your project. You will always know what to expect, and when to expect it.
