The owners envisioned a new space: an addition with a light, airy and modern feel that would add architectural interest to their plain 1960s home. The result was a spacious bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings,  plenty of natural light, and a custom Ipe deck with copper rails.

Five hundred square feet were added to this Westview sun room and kitchen project.  Grain matched cherry cabinets, hand made tiles, state of the art appliances, and granite countertops make this kitchen a gourmet’s dream.  The sun room truly brings the outside in, enveloping the room in floor to ceiling glass.

 

Raleigh Hills

This garage was in dire need of a makeover.  The glass and aluminum garage door, copper gutters, cedar roof and new driveway dramatically change the look of this home…and the increased space in the garage has turned it into a shop to be envied!
