The original garage was small and starting to lean, so this new garage was built larger and with all the correct details for the Sellwood neighborhood.

This back porch looks like it has always been there, with a twist! The floors are composite so there is very little maintenance. The rest of the details are correct for the era – cedar wrapped posts, tongue and groove ceiling, wood handrails and vintage styling on the French doors.

A hidden door highlights the entrance into this wine cellar. This cellar uses reclaimed, vintage material to emphasize its old-world style and is cooled naturally without the use of an artificial system.

A dark, rustic room was turned around with a new fireplace, new windows, and the addition of some skylights. The custom built Clear Vertical Grained fir fireplace is now the room’s focal point with the addition of new lighting, superb finish carpentry and beautiful tile work.
Southwest Portland
Basement media room superb! This was previously unfinished basement space that needed a purpose and storage. The built-ins keep clutter at bay and help disguise the room’s structural elements. All we see is a fabulous room to spend time watching movies or spending time with friends.
